At Drop Fragrance, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and check your item, we will inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
